By using RYTHMX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your venue settings, and any activity under your login. Keep your credentials private.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
- No attempts to bypass security, RLS, or rate limits.
- No scraping or reverse-engineering of the platform.
- Respect copyright and licensing for any music or media you broadcast.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid tiers (Host Lite, Host Pro, Host Elite, Host Elite+, Host Ultimate) renew monthly via Ziina. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of recordings and performances you create. You grant RYTHMX a limited license to display them within your venue's live session.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
