RHYTHM X ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. We design for minimum data, encrypted transport, and strict access controls.
What we collect
- Account: email, display name, optional avatar.
- Performance data: sessions you join, songs queued, scores.
- Voice (Hey Rhythm): microphone audio is processed in your browser only; no audio recordings are stored on our servers.
- Payments: processed by Ziina. We never see or store your card details.
- Diagnostics: basic logs to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
- To run live karaoke sessions, scoring, and leaderboards.
- To authenticate you and protect against abuse.
- To process subscriptions and venue billing.
We do not sell personal data. We do not show third-party ads.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/HSTS. Row-Level Security policies isolate every venue's data. Webhooks are signature-verified. Service-role keys never leave the server.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time by contacting privacy@rhythmx.live. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and UAE PDPL requests.
